
Michael Ballack (29) was born on 26th September 1976 in Görlitz. He started his football career at BSC Motor "Fritz Hecker" Karl-Marx-Stadt (now Chemnitz). The midfielder played in the Bundesliga for 1. FC Kaiserslautern, Bayer Leverkusen and Bayern München from 2002. He has won the German title three times (1998 with Kaiserslautern, 2003 and 2005 with Bayern) and has been named "Footballer of the Year" three times. Michael and his partner Simone have three children. Ballacks philosophy is: "Don't take everything so seriously."
